MFL Acquires New CNC Punch

Multi Fab have just had installed a Shape Delta 1000 CNC Punching Machine.
The machine can hold up to 20 tools at one time, of these 18 are fixed at 0 or 90 degrees and the other two can be indexed to any angle. The punches can punch through 4mm steel and 6mm Aluminium with a punching force of 200kN.
It can deal with an area of 1275*1025 without any problem and 2575*1025 with one reposition. It has an accuracy of +/- 0.10mm and a repeatable accuracy of +/-0.05mm and when nibbling can reach up to a rate of 450 hits/min.
