The fully automatic Emmegi 'Quadra' machine, stands out for its loader/feeder. The loader has two feed distances: one of 100 mm which can carry up to 20 profiles, and one of 200 mm which can take up to 10 profiles.
The Quadra can carry out drilling, milling and tapping along the entire length of the bar and at any angle of each surface, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bar itself. |
The cutting module comprises of a rising blade with a diameter of 600 mm having provision for rotary movement from -22° to +22° along the vertical axis.
