Multi Fab stakes its reputation on quality and this is applied from the moment we receive your order or enquiry right through to point of delivery.
Your initial contact with us is important and every enquiry is given an individual reference number which is recorded and tracked to ensure we keep in touch, whether it is a large window enquiry, a batch of cill pressings or simply some epdm membrane. A quotation is then sent to the client with manufacturing lead times and a delivery schedule. |
If an order is forthcoming, we allocate a specific job number which is permanently tied with that job. This is stamped on all related documentation and drawings and is logged onto our computerised production planning system. At this stage, production space is booked and agreed with the client. This ensures full traceability throughout the production process from material procurement through to delivery.
Most goods are delivered on our own transport, while for larger loads we have used a local transport company for many years. |
