Our large production facilities are spread over two separate factories, each of which contains specialised equipment dedicated to the markets it supplies.
Mildenhall Factory
This factory is dedicated to the Construction industry. Comprising 43,000 square feet of factory space, it’s production processes are geared towards the following products:
- Barwork machining & assembly, used for glazed curtain wall façade manufacture.
- Aluminium doors & windows manufacture.
- Unitised glazed façade manufacture.
- Steelwork
The factory is split into three separate bays, as follows:

bay one
Until 2010 this bay housed the sheet metal works and paintshop.With the completion of the new Attleborough factory in 2010, these processes have now been moved to Attleborough, freeing up this bay as additional space for window and door assembly.

bay two
Primarily used for barwork machining and assembly, this bay houses drilling, routing and milling machines. Equipment includes two six metre double-headed and three single-head numeric controlled saws. The main "workhorse" is the fully automatic Emmegi CNC production line, complete with automatic feed/discharge equipment and a direct CAD/CAM link.

This houses our steel welding, curtain walling, window and door assembly areas. The bay also houses the new machinery utilised in the manufacture of the unitised curtain walling, and structural bonding systems. This includes a Metermix mixing & dispensing system, to dispense structural silicone, plus a Famatec FRV250 glass manipulator.

Attleborough Factory
This factory, built in 2010, comprises 22,000 square feet of factory space, plus a further 4,000 square feet of office space. It houses the sheet metal and powder coating facilities. It is therefore geared not only towards the construction industry, but can also produce any bespoke sheet metal products for any industry, and can powder coat a wide range of products.

Powder Coating Plant
- Nordson “Encore” powder spray system
- “Vixen” Pre treatment plant
- Spray booth 4.4m x 3.5m x 2.9m high
- Airflow 225 degree centigrade powder curing shuttle oven
- Overhead track system – 40 heavy duty rollers each with 50kg capacity
